These are our terms and conditions of business. You should feel confident and comfortable when ordering from us. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Definitions
"Buyer" means the individual or organisation that buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller.
"Goods" means the articles that the Buyer buys from the seller through the Internet.
"Seller" means Venture Innovations UK Limited
Conditions
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Buyer’s statutory rights as a Consumer.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Buyer.
Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any variation to these Terms and Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.
Out of stock products
In most cases the product will be withdrawn from the website when out of stock. In the eventuality of a product being ordered online that is then found to be out of stock, the buyers will be given the opportunity to wait until the goods are in stock or cancel their order.
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to pricing and shipping at any time without any due notice to consumers.
Prices and payment
All products prices shown on this website include VAT (at 17.5%). Product prices also include the cost of delivery (if delivery is in UK mainland). Any orders outside of UK mainland will have the cost of delivery added and clearly shown in the shopping cart prior to the Buyer confirming the order.
Payment (including cost of delivery) must be made in full before goods are packed and dispatched.
Deliveries

Orders for delivery within the UK and overseas will be dispatched by Royal Mail or UKMail dependent on order value and physical size.
Orders dispatched to addresses in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales by Royal Mail will normally be delivered within 7 working days.
All reasonable efforts will be made to deliver goods within 3 - 5 working days. shall not, however, be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other third party, arising directly or indirectly from a delivery arriving outside 7 working days.
Please note that in certain circumstances, e.g. a postal strike, a delivery may be delayed. We make every effort to make sure that your goods are delivered on time, but we cannot take responsibility for circumstances outside of our control that result in goods being delayed in transit.
Deliveries will be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all reasonable efforts to take delivery of the order.
Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon receipt of the delivery.
Deliveries to non-UK postal addresses
Non-UK customers will be responsible for any duty or taxes levied in their own country. The purchase price paid to Venture Innovations UK Ltd covers the goods you order and postage and packing only.
Currencies
If you are purchasing from abroad you will be charged in your own currency and the banks will perform a currency conversion automatically so that we receive Pounds Sterling.
A currency converter is available at http://www.xe.com/ucc - as a general guideline only. The bank may debit a slightly different amount.
Cancellation and returns
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Venture Innovations UK Ltd in writing within 7 full working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so within 7 full working days of delivery of the Goods the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are found to be defective.
The Buyer must contact Venture Innovations UK Ltd by email (info@usabest.co.uk) with the reason for wanting to return the goods. We will then get in touch with you about returning the product.
As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller in writing within 7 full working days starting from the day after which the goods are delivered, as long as the goods are in re-saleable condition and have not been taken out of their original packaging.

Important Notice
Non faulty goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including outward delivery charges but excluding return postal charges and insurance) within 15 days of cancellation.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
Rights of the seller
The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the website at its discretion.
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time.
The Seller shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the website or for refusing to process an order.
The transaction process
To enhance the security of the transactional information we process and to protect ourselves and our valued, legitimate customers in the event of any fraudulent orders, transactions processed through our Payment Service Provider — Protx (now Sagepay) — are scored and checked using a complex set of fraud rules. This set of rules is maintained and updated by Sagepay, and any transactions that meet certain criteria will be flagged for our attention.
As the customer, if your payment details are found to be invalid after your order has been flagged by Sagepay, we will email you to inform you that your order has been cancelled and that payment has been declined. We reserve the right to carry out this action even after you have successfully completed the purchasing process on our website and received a confirmation of sale message on the site and/or via email.
Limitation of liability
Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and the seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller’s agents or employees.
Waiver
No waiver by the Seller (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.
Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
Severance
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
Changes to terms and conditions
The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
Intellectual property and right to use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website shall remain at all times vested in us.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only.
You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
Privacy Policy
Any data submitted via forms on this site will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. All credit card data is held by Sagepay. No credit card data is held by Venture Innovations UK Ltd.
Age of consent and authority to use payment card
By placing an order the Buyer is declaring that he/she is of the appropriate legal age to purchase the item(s) and has authority to use the payment card to place the order. If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain goods (i.e. if the Buyer is found not to be of sufficient age to order certain goods or that the Buyer does not have authority to use the payment card), the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notifying the Buyer, and the Seller will not be obliged to complete the order.
